Big hello to family and friends! I hope each one of you has laughed and smiled and if there has been sadness, sorrow and pain, I pray that you have also known the Lord’s comfort.
As I look back through the week to what has happened there are a few things that have stood out but one I call the “perfect fit”.
Sandor and I were shown such open arms full of love and hospitality at both our family home stays here in the USA. There were warm and comfortable sleeping arrangements. There was an abundance of nourishing tasty food provided and lots of meaningful conversation.
On the eve I was leaving one of these homes I was given a pair of jeans and a small leather shoulder bag. I’m quite an irregular size being short and pear shaped and can find it extremely difficult to find jeans I’m comfortable in that fit me but these did. They were a perfect fit. The little leather shoulder bag a lovely accessory.
Why am I making a big deal about a pair of jeans and a bag? We all have them right? Wrong. I didn’t, as we left Australia with only a suitcase. I had discarded, sold or given away practically all my clothes (jeans included) and every handbag, but what stunned me was the PERFECT FIT.
God knows exactly what we need and when we need it. He’s never early and He’s never late. “My God will supply all my needs according to His riches in glory” - Philippians 4:19
Did I need a pair of jeans and a bag? I guess I did because I haven’t taken them off since I was given them. So in conclusion, whether it’s a relationship or a position or just a piece of clothing, trust in Him and you’ll find that you have the perfect fit.
Au revoir
Renee

I love this so much Renee. The Lord knows what and who we need at the perfect moment. ❤️
